At a time in history with the uncertainties we are currently experiencing, the increasing need to switch off and relax has led to the abandonment of minimalism, and a push towards the exact opposite, i.e. layering, maximalism, playfulness and irony, opening the door to the broad theme of play.

Let the inner child in you take over and escape from reality through the power of fantasy – we should all do this and we will more and more. This has become crucial, which is borne out by the increasing number of surreal objects and residential entertainment areas designed for psychological rather than physical wellbeing. Let go of formality!
